Questions
- Why price on tracked spend, not seats or events?
- Tracked spend is what Argus exists to watch, so it's the clearest measure of what Argus is worth to you. Seats would charge you for sharing the dashboard, and event counts would charge you for instrumenting thoroughly. Each plan is a flat price — we never take a percentage of what you spend.
- What happens if I go over?
- Nothing stops. Argus keeps polling and ingesting past your plan's limits. We email you at 80% and again at 100%, and if you stay over, we'll suggest the plan that fits.
- What's an AI connector build?
- When you use a provider Argus doesn't support yet, Argus builds the connector for you: it reads the provider's API, writes a read-only connector against your account, and checks the numbers with you before it starts syncing. Each build runs real model time, so plans include a set number per month, reset on the 1st. Connectors another customer already built are free to connect on every plan.
